14 medals for Egypt's Pharaohs at the international table tennis championship.

The Egyptian table tennis team won 14 medals at the Egypt International Junior and Youth Championship, which saw participation from 20 countries, held at the Dr. Hassan Mostafa Sports Hall in 6th of October City.

Egypt's medals included 4 gold, 4 silver, and 6 bronze, placing them second in the medal table behind Russia, which topped the standings.


Gold and Silver Champions

The gold medals were awarded to Abdelmalek Ashraf Sobhi, Malak Salah, Youssef Essam, and Zeina Ayman Farouk, while the silver medals went to Aser Sameh, Zeina Farouk, Youssef Sherif, and Hamza Al-Bahiri.

The bronze medals were claimed by Aser Sameh and Malak Salah in the doubles event, as well as Mohamed Kasba and Mariam Hassouna in the same category, in addition to Salah Allam, Omar Al-Saeedi, Eissel Shaheen, and Youssef Al-Abdine in the singles competitions.

Participating Categories in the Championship

It is worth noting that the table tennis championship featured categories for ages 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19, with around 250 players representing 20 countries, including approximately 120 Egyptian players.
