The Alexandria Governorate hosted a meeting that brought together Engineer Ayman Attia, the Governor of Alexandria, and Dr. Adel Faheem, President of the Egyptian, Arab, and African Bodybuilding Federation and First Vice President of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, to discuss the final arrangements for hosting the African Bodybuilding Championship, scheduled to take place from November 5 to 8, 2026.
The meeting addressed the organizational and logistical preparations for the championship, the mechanisms for welcoming the African delegations, and ensuring comfort and security for the participating teams, along with coordination among various relevant authorities to guarantee that the event reflects Egypt's sporting stature.
Bodybuilding Delegation Tour at Al-Ittihad Club
Following the meeting, the federation delegation conducted a tour of Al-Ittihad Club, which will host the competitions, to monitor the technical and construction preparations and to identify the locations for the official stage and athlete readiness.
