Amouta is preparing Tawfik Mohamed for the Cairo Capital Cup in anticipation of participating in the league and the CAF Confederation Cup.

The technical staff of Al Ahly, led by Moroccan coach Hussein Ammouta, has decided to give an opportunity to Mohamed Tawfik, the team's left-back, in the Cairo Capital Cup, aiming to prepare him for upcoming matches in the league and the Confederation Cup.

Preparing Mohamed Tawfik

Ammouta hopes to develop Tawfik to reach the technical and physical level that enables him to lead the left flank, which has been struggling following the injury to Youssef Belaïli, who suffered a torn ACL, as well as the injury to Ahmed Nabil Koka, who has a grade two strain in his left hamstring.

Al Ahly trains in two sessions and plays two friendly matches
