Belaïli Shines Again, Leading Esperance to Another Victory in the Tunisian League
Algerian international player, Youssef Belaïli, continued his impressive form with Esperance Tunis, providing an assist in his team's 3-1 victory over Olympique Béja in the fifth round of the Tunisian League.
Belaïli set up the third goal for Esperance in the 49th minute, which his teammate Mestouri converted into a goal, after he had opened the scoring early in the second minute and added a second goal in the 13th minute.
Olympique Béja reduced the deficit in the 59th minute, but that did not prevent Esperance from maintaining their lead until the end of the match, securing three more points to rise to 12 points at the top of the standings.
With this assist, Belaïli increased his contributions this season to one goal and one assist, having scored against Moustakbel Marsa in the third round, continuing to affirm his presence in Esperance's lineup as the rounds progress.
