CAF Awards: Al-Ittihad and Al-Shabab compete for the title of Best Club in Africa
The Confederation of African Football has nominated both CR Belouizdad and USM Alger for the Best Club in Africa award for 2026.
USM Alger's nomination comes after their victory in the CAF Confederation Cup.
CAF also nominated CR Belouizdad for the same award, following the club's run to the semifinals of the previous edition of the African competition.
Both USM Alger and CR Belouizdad are competing for the Best Club in Africa award for 2026 alongside eight other clubs, including Zamalek, Esperance, Al Hilal, and Mamelodi Sundowns, among others.
