Togo travels to Libya to face the Libyan U23 national team. This match will take place on Tuesday at 17:00 GMT at the Martyrs' Stadium in Benina. Qualification for the second round is at stake for both teams.
A week ago in Lomé, Togo and Libya finished with a score of 1-1. The Libyans took the lead shortly after the start of the second half, before the Eperviers equalized later on. On Tuesday, both teams still have chances for qualification. However, Togo will need to improve its efficiency in the final third. Coach Kader Cougbadja-Touré has expressed concerns about his team's low offensive productivity.
For Libya, the away goal could prove crucial. However, the Knights also wish to qualify with flair and aspire to reach the second round.
