Esho returns to Zamalek's collective training in preparation for the match against ZED in the Cairo Capital Cup.

The first team of Zamalek continued its training this evening, Friday, at the auxiliary pitch of the Defense Ministry Stadium, as part of the preparations for the upcoming match against ZED in the Cairo Capital Cup.

Ahmed Abdel Rahim "Isho," a player on the team, participated in the group training after recovering from the muscle injury he was suffering from.

The session began with a physical segment supervised by Portuguese fitness coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro, which included running around the pitch, in addition to some light ball exercises.

The coaching staff divided the players into several groups to practice some tactical drills, in preparation for the upcoming matches, before conducting a small-sided game at the end of the training to apply what had been practiced.
