At the conclusion of the Faso Athletics Cup, the president of the Kadiogo Athletics League, Théodore Kafando, praised the athletes from his region for their dedication and performances. Kadiogo finished the competition in second place in the national ranking with a total of 6,945 points, including 3,402 for women and 3,543 for men.

Despite a challenging context, marked notably by the departure of several athletes from their clubs before the event concluded, Kadiogo's representatives showed great determination and a fighting spirit to represent their region.

Théodore Kafando also expressed his gratitude to the members of his executive board, particularly to vice president Bertrand Zoungrana for his commitment, as well as to technical director Lassane Relwende Zongo for the excellence of the technical work carried out.

In the club and discipline ranking, ACB finished fifth nationally in long jump with 906 points. JACO took sixth place in the same event with 898 points. ASP concluded in seventh position in the 110m hurdles with 893 points, while MSC ranked eighth in long jump with 890 points.

This national second place illustrates the collective efforts of the athletes and coaches from Kadiogo. Through his congratulations, Théodore Kafando paid tribute to all those who contributed to this success and to the promotion of athletics in the region.
