Ighamane is close to returning to competition again.

Hamza Eghamane Close to Returning to Competition
Moroccan international player Hamza Eghamane is set to resume competition with Lille OSC after missing nine months due to an injury sustained in January when he tore his cruciate ligaments.
In recent training sessions with Lille, Eghamane was seen participating with the rest of the team, indicating his return to group training. However, the team's Italian coach, Carlo Ancelotti, clarified that the player is still undergoing individual training, confirming that his recovery process is progressing positively.
Ancelotti commented on the Moroccan forward during a press conference ahead of the match against Nice in Ligue 1: “He is training individually, but he wanted to show up with the rest of the team, which is a good sign. He is developing well towards a return,” referring to Eghamane's ongoing recovery and gradual approach to regaining his fitness, although no specific date for his return to matches has been set yet.
Eghamane is considered a key player in Lille's attack, especially after his impressive performance during the first half of last season before injury sidelined him; fans are eagerly anticipating his return to the competition, given what he can add to the frontline, particularly as Lille aims to maintain its strong start to the current season.
