Isack Hadjar officially cautioned regarding fan incident in F1 Mexico GP paddock

Isack Hadjar has received an official reprimand from the Mexico Grand Prix stewards for pushing a fan in the Formula 1 paddock prior to the first practice session.
The Red Bull racer was summoned for an alleged act of “misconduct” at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez on Friday.
A fan approached Hadjar for a photo, but he was pushed away twice, leading the French driver to violate Article 12.2.1.l of the International Sporting Code.
The report stated: “The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 6 (Isack Hadjar) and the team representative, and reviewed video footage.
“The driver explained that he was running late for FP1 and had paused to take a picture with a young fan when he was confronted by a paddock guest in a confrontational manner.
“A security personnel was nearby but could not step in to prevent what was effectively an invasion of the driver's personal space.
“Initially, the driver resisted this intrusion by placing his hand on the guest's waist to keep him at a distance, before ultimately pushing him aside with his right hand.
“This latter action by the driver is deemed a violation of the rules; however, in consideration of a possible penalty, the stewards took into account the following factors:
“a) The driver was responding to an unsolicited and somewhat aggressive action by another individual
“b) The driver was trying to navigate through a crowded area to reach the start of FP1
“c) The driver did not have adequate security present
“d) The guest was encroaching on his personal space without permission
“e) The broader challenges drivers face while moving through the paddock.”
What ensued was a rather challenging Friday for Hadjar, who ended up in 11th place during the initial one-hour practice session, 1.417 seconds behind the leader, Charles Leclerc.
The 22-year-old faced issues with his power unit, managing to complete only 21 laps, marking the third-lowest total ahead of Jak Crawford (Aston Martin) and Freddie Slater (Audi).
His performance saw a slight uptick in FP2, as Hadjar finished sixth, 0.410 seconds off Leclerc, who topped the session again, with teammate Max Verstappen finishing in fifth.
