Juventus star comments on comparison with Mohamed Salah: "An iconic symbol."

The 23-year-old added: "I feel very comfortable here because I have the confidence of the coach, my teammates, and everyone at the club, but I do not feel completely satisfied because the team has not achieved victories, and that is the reality. The expectations at this club are extremely high, and we need to improve on some details to reach our goals."

So far, the Portuguese international has scored one goal and provided one assist during 438 minutes played this season.

After the 1-1 draw against Cagliari in the league, Conceição admitted that his team needs to improve its ability to break through opponents' defenses that rely on sitting back.

The Juventus player explained: "I think the small details made the difference in that match, and that is an area we need to improve. Facing teams that put 11 players behind the ball is a very difficult challenge."

Conceição believes the solution lies in enhancing offensive effectiveness, stating: "If we improve our attacking efficiency, I think our chances of winning will increase significantly."

It is worth noting that Juventus currently sits in sixth place in the Serie A standings after six rounds of the competition.

The "Old Lady" has 11 points, trailing five points behind Inter Milan and Lazio, who share the top spot.

In statements made to the Spanish sports newspaper "Marca" on Thursday, Conceição said: "I learn from many players, and Salah is considered a legend in the world of football. As for me, I am still young and I strive to learn from everyone to continue my development."

Juventus paid over €32 million to sign Conceição in the summer of 2025.

The 23-year-old added: "I feel very comfortable here because I have the confidence of the coach, my teammates, and everyone at the club, but I do not feel completely satisfied because the team has not achieved victories, and that is the reality.
