The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Mauritanian referee Dahan Bida to officiate the CAF Super Cup match between CR Belouizdad and South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns, scheduled for November 8 at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria.

Bida will be assisted by Senegalese Gibril Kamara as the first assistant referee and Cameroonian Elvis Guy Noubou as the second assistant referee.

For the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system, CAF has appointed Senegalese Babacar Sarr as the main VAR, assisted by Cameroonian Karen Athizam Bong Fomo and Sudanese Abdel Aziz Yasser Ahmed.

All eyes are on this continental clash as the Algerian representative aims to secure the Super Cup title for the second time in its history, against a South African opponent also seeking to reach the podium in what is expected to be a thrilling match in the capital, Pretoria.
