Meanwhile, Egyptian champion Nooran Gohar, ranked fifth in the Qatar Classic Squash Championship, withdrew from her quarterfinal match against compatriot Hania El Hammamy due to injury, allowing El Hammamy to advance to the semifinals without playing.

The Professional Squash Association (PSA) announced Nooran Gohar's withdrawal from the anticipated matchup, granting Hania El Hammamy an automatic place in the semifinals.
