The Premier League features two African players among the eight candidates for the Player of the Month award for September. Mohamed Bachir Belloumi and Antoine Semenyo have been nominated after a particularly fruitful month.
With Hull City, Belloumi scored two goals and provided one assist in three matches. His brace against Chelsea was the highlight of his month.
At Manchester City, Semenyo contributed to four goals in three games, with two goals and two assists. All three matches ended in victories for the Citizens.
Fans can vote until September 28, after which the votes will be combined with those from a panel of experts to determine the winner.
