Saad Samir Demands His Dues from Modern Sport

Saad Samir stated: "More than two years after my contract with Modern Sport Club ended, my financial dues from the club remain unpaid, despite a ruling from the Players Affairs Committee of the Egyptian Football Association affirming my entitlement to them, which was also confirmed by the Appeals Committee."

He added: "The club also filed a complaint against me with the Egyptian Football Association, which included an acknowledgment of my entitlement to my financial dues, but the association decided to dismiss the complaint, while the club continues to refuse to pay my dues despite the decisions supporting my rights."

He continued: "After exhausting all available avenues to claim my rights, I submitted a request to the Egyptian Football Association to suspend the club's registration until the decision in my favor is implemented and my full dues are paid, in accordance with the applicable regulations."

He concluded: "While I firmly uphold my legal and regulatory rights, I express my complete confidence in the Egyptian Football Association, and I appreciate its role in promoting principles of justice and discipline within the sports system. I trust in its commitment to ensure respect for the decisions of its specialized committees and to guarantee their implementation, in a way that preserves players' rights and enhances the credibility of the Egyptian football system."
