Senegal aims to make the most of the final days of the international break. All men's national teams will participate in friendly matches. The federation shared the schedule for each team in a statement released on Tuesday.
Senegal is involved in several international competitions. Whether for the upcoming U17 World Cup, preparations for the UFOA A U20 tournament, or the qualifiers for the U23 Africa Cup of Nations, the Lions of Teranga will be present on the global stage. They are actively preparing for these events.
The Senegal U20 national team will play 2 friendly matches against their counterparts from the Democratic Republic of Congo in Dakar. They will compete at the Léopold Sédar Senghor Stadium on October 1 and 3. This same stadium will also host the double-header (October 3 and 5) between the Lions and the Gambia Scorpions, featuring the U23 national teams.
On the road to the U17 World Cup, Senegal will travel to Paris to face France on October 2 and 4. Additionally, to conclude the international break, the Lions of Teranga will play an international friendly against Comoros in Marseille on October 4.
Finally, the "Sand Lions" are preparing for the Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations. After a triple encounter against the United Arab Emirates, Senegal is preparing for 2 matches against Nigeria.
