The Egyptian national team is looking to sign Brighton talent Younes Ibrahim, with intensive efforts to secure his services.

Egyptian Football Association officials are increasing their communication with Younes Ibrahim, a player for Brighton & Hove Albion, to persuade him to join the Egyptian national team in the upcoming period, as well as to complete the necessary procedures for his inclusion with the Pharaohs.

Recently, the Football Association has made intensive efforts to reach out to the player as part of the first team's coaching staff plan, led by Hossam Hassan, to include him in the upcoming training camp and benefit from his abilities in the next phase.

Talent Identification Department: A Strategy to Discover Egyptian Talents Abroad

The Board of the Football Association, headed by Hany Abou Rida, approved the establishment of a Talent Identification Department at the request of Shawky Gharib, the association's technical director, aimed at organizing the process of discovering football talents and developing national teams.

The new department aims to monitor young Egyptian talents playing abroad, whether they are expatriate Egyptian players or those with dual nationalities of Egyptian descent competing in European, American, and South American leagues.

The Talent Identification Department has made progress in this area recently, having successfully brought in Reda Babiker and Jihad Ayman, professionals abroad, to join the Egypt U-10 national team camp, as part of efforts to expand the selection pool for national teams.
