U20: Another player switches allegiance in favor of the Greens!

Recently announced for the Algeria U20 team, Hichem Abderrebi has ultimately been selected for the France U19 team for the upcoming gathering.
The midfielder from Montpellier, born in 2008, has officially been called up to join the France U19 team for the next training camp. This marks a first as rumors had recently linked him to the Algeria U20 plans, although no official call-up from the Algerian selection has been confirmed.
The young talent is having a particularly promising start to the season with Montpellier. At just 18 years old, Abderrebi has already joined the first team and made six appearances in Ligue 2, three of which were as a starter, totaling 272 minutes of play. His progress is rapid, having primarily played with the Montpellier U19 team last season, where he participated in 20 matches.
However, this selection with France does not completely close the door on Algeria. Abderrebi remains eligible for Algerian selections, particularly the U20 and U23 teams. His development will be closely monitored, especially as his gradual integration into the professional world could quickly make him appealing to the Algerian Football Federation.
