Zamalek insists on obtaining details of the decision to dismiss the complaint filed against Zizo.

Zamalek officials insisted on the need to obtain an official copy of the reasoning behind the Egyptian Football Association's Player Affairs Committee's decision to dismiss the complaint filed by the club against Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the former player, in order to study the reasons on which the committee based its decision and respond legally.

During its actions before the Appeals Committee, Zamalek requested the reasoning of the decision and sufficient time to provide a comprehensive response to what was stated, especially since the club had submitted all the documents supporting its position in the complaint against the player.

Zamalek insists on recovering Zizo's fine

Zamalek confirmed its right to recover the financial dues related to the player, which were claimed in the complaint, noting that its position is based on documents and papers previously submitted to the Player Affairs Committee.

Dismissal of mutual complaints between the player and Zamalek

The Player Affairs Committee had decided to dismiss the complaint filed by Zamalek against Zizo, coinciding with the dismissal of the complaint that the player filed against the club, before both parties took steps to appeal the decision before the Appeals Committee.

Zamalek officials believe that reviewing the reasoning of the decision is a crucial step in completing the legal file, especially since the club seeks to present its defenses and comments on the reasons that the committee relied on to dismiss the complaint, while emphasizing its continued demand for its dues from the player.

Zamalek had filed a complaint against Zizo to claim its share of advertising revenues and media appearance rights, in addition to other demands related to the player's file during his contract period with the White Castle.

Zamalek submitted the required documents to the Appeals Committee of the Egyptian Football Association regarding the complaint filed against Zizo, which supports the club's position in the appeals submitted by both Zamalek and Zizo.
