The board of directors of Zamalek SC has forwarded the file of Hossam El-Zanaty, the candidate for the position of sporting director, to Hussein Labib, the club president, to make the final decision and reach the last agreements before the official announcement of his appointment.

Hussein Labib is expected to hold a meeting with Hossam El-Zanaty in the coming hours to discuss the final terms of the agreement, paving the way for the completion of the contract and the official announcement of his appointment as the sporting director of the White Knights.
Hossam El-Zanaty's demands
According to "Youm7," Hossam El-Zanaty has set several conditions before finalizing the agreement with Zamalek's management, the most important of which is the need for timely payment of players' dues, as well as resolving the registration ban issue, allowing the club to strengthen the team and make new signings during the upcoming transfer window.
El-Zanaty also stipulated that the youth sector not be included in his responsibilities and that he not interfere in matters related to that sector, whether it concerns promoting players to the first team, renewing their contracts, or external offers for trials.
Zamalek's management aims to finalize the sporting director file at this time as part of its plan to restructure administrative and technical work and define roles and responsibilities within the club in the upcoming phase.
