Liverpool bursts into the second half of the UEFA Champions League matchday 2 with remarkable momentum. Jeremie Frimpong adds a fourth goal for the Reds.
Liverpool controlled the first half against LASK. However, they are not content to rest on their laurels. Just after the start of the second half, the Reds again launched an assault on the Austrian defense. Similar to the first goal of the opening period, it is the defenders who break down the LASK wall. In excellent form, Kostas Tsimikas delivers a cross that finds Jeremie Frimpong’s head for the 4-0 scoreline. While it appears the outcome is decided, there is still nearly half an hour of play remaining.
