Suleiman noted on his official Facebook page that he does not oppose the creation of the football company, but insists on maintaining primary control in the hands of Zamalek SC. He emphasized the need to present the company's valuation to the general assembly, to be conducted by a specialized entity after comparing three or more valuations, allowing members to discuss and choose the best option for the club's interest.

The Zamalek SC board member called for clarification on how the investor would pay for the shares, whether in cash or installments, along with specifying the duration of the installments. He also requested information on whether the offering would include the club's trademarks, logo, broadcasting rights, and activities related to the football company.
Suleiman stressed the importance of holding the general assembly on Friday or over the course of Friday and Saturday, to enable the largest number of members to participate, demanding that voting be conducted through ballot boxes or exploring the possibility of implementing electronic voting.
Suleiman concluded his position by announcing his rejection of holding the general assembly on Tuesday without providing the guarantees he requested, confirming that he recorded his objection in the board's minutes to keep the club's members and fans informed of his stance on what he described as a crucial decision for Zamalek's future.
