The goalless draw continued to dominate the match between Al Ahly and Ugandan side Kitarra after 30 minutes, in the ongoing game at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup Round of 32 for the 2026-2027 season.
Hossam Ashour missed a chance to score the first goal in the 20th minute after Al Ahly executed a well-organized attack with a pass from Afsha to Taher Mohamed Taher, who delivered a brilliant cross. However, Hossam Ashour played it strangely wide of Kitarra's goal despite being unmarked in the penalty area.
