The Algerian national team will have to do without two new players. For the friendly match against Niger scheduled for October 6 at the Hocine Ait Ahmed Stadium in Tizi-Ouzou, the Fennecs will be missing midfielder Adam Zorgane and forward Anis Hadj Moussa.
Both players have been released by national coach Brahim Hemdani, as announced by the Algerian Football Federation in a statement released on Friday, October 2.

Regarding Anis Hadj Moussa, he will not be able to participate due to an injury sustained during the match against Zambia (3-1) on Friday, September 25, according to the FAF.
As for Adam Zorgane, he was injured during the match between Algeria and Burundi (2-2) on Tuesday, September 29, in the second round of the CAN 2025 qualifiers.

Algeria – Niger: Hadj Moussa and Zorgane absent
National coach Mr. Brahim Hemdani released both players Anis Hadj Moussa and Adam Zorgane on Friday, confirming they will not be present for the upcoming match against Niger.
Anis Hadj Moussa is suffering from a minor injury incurred during the match against Zambia. On the other hand, Adam Zorgane was injured in the last match against Burundi.

The two players have been released to receive treatment and recover with their respective clubs,” the FAF specified.
These absences add to those of Nabil Bentaleb, who was injured before the gathering, and forward Amine Gouiri, who left the national team after sustaining an injury during the match against Zambia.
The Fennecs must also cope with the absence of Rayan Ait Nouri, who was sidelined by Brahim Hemdani following a major conflict between the two during the Algeria – Zambia match.
