Arazi: Tennis players in Morocco have greater maturity

Hicham Arazi, captain of the Moroccan national tennis team, stated that the recent positive results achieved by the national players have contributed to enhancing their maturity and confidence levels. He emphasized that the current generation possesses tremendous potential to aim for greater achievements.

Arazi revealed that the players "have become more mature and confident after the recent positive results," adding, "Honestly, they have great abilities, and hopefully some of them will be able to break into the top 100 players in the world."

These comments from the national team captain come as Morocco participates in the Davis Cup, which represents a new opportunity for the national players to continue their development and confirm the outstanding results they have achieved recently.

Today, the Moroccan tennis team secured a spot in the first world group playoff of the Davis Cup, scheduled to take place in February 2027, after defeating their Nigerian counterparts with four victories to none in a match held at the Railway Club courts in Rabat.
