Belaili sends a special greeting to Tunisian international Meriah.

Algerian international player Youssef Belaïli, star of Espérance Sportive de Tunis, sent a special tribute to Tunisian defender Yassine Meriah following the latter's announcement of his retirement from football.

Belaïli shared a photo of defender Yassine Meriah alongside global star Kylian Mbappé on his Instagram account.

The Algerian international added a comment on the photo that read: “I will never forget you, my brother.. You are among the greatest African defenders.”

This gesture from Youssef Belaïli came after Tunisian international defender Yassine Meriah (33 years old) announced his retirement from football due to a knee injury.
