The draw for the group stage of the CAF Champions League has resulted in tough matchups for Moroccan representatives RS Berkane and MAS, as they learned their opponents for the upcoming stage during a ceremony held today, Wednesday, in Cairo, Egypt.

RS Berkane has been placed in Group C alongside South Africa's Orlando Pirates, Tanzania's Simba, and Cameroon’s Colombe Sportif, presenting the team with challenges that require focus and preparation to fight for one of the two qualification spots for the quarter-finals.

On the other hand, MAS finds itself in Group D with Egyptian club Pyramids, Sudan's Al Hilal, and Guinea's Horoya Conakry, putting the Fassi team in a continental test that demands positive results against opponents who also aspire to continue in the tournament.

Moroccan fans are looking forward to a strong performance from their national representatives in this edition of the tournament, as RS Berkane aims to continue its journey in African competitions, while MAS seeks to prove its ability to compete and achieve results that enhance its chances of reaching the knockout stages.

The group stage matches will follow a home-and-away format, with the top two teams from each group qualifying for the quarter-finals, before moving on to the knockout phase leading to the final match.
