Algeria's Mouloudia Club d'Alger faces Nigeria's Rangers International at the Mko Abiola Sports Complex this Sunday at 13:00 for the first leg of the second preliminary round of the CAF Champions League. This encounter is crucial ahead of the return match.
MC Alger eliminated AS Nigelec in the previous round with a cumulative score of 5-0, positioning them as formidable contenders for a spot in the group stage.
On their side, Rangers International dominated FC Sobemap to qualify for the second round. The Nigerian club must assert its authority in this first match and hope to secure qualification in Algiers.
On the pitch, MC Alger will rely on the technical strength of their team to aim for another participation in the group stage on the African stage. The Rangers, for their part, are aware that the task will be tough, but they count on the support of their fans starting tonight.
