Moussa Yeo has been selected for the qualifiers of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. The Swansea forward will join the Eagles for the first time to face Mali. He is excited about this selection and describes it as a "significant moment".

Mali will face Rwanda during the 3rd and 4th rounds of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Both teams are tied, having the same number of points and, crucially, the same goal differential. It is therefore vital for the Eagles to win in order to take the lead in Group K. To achieve this, coach Anthony da Silva relies on a diverse set of profiles, especially in a rebuilding context. Among the new call-ups is Moussa Yeo. The Swansea player expresses his eagerness to wear the Mali jersey.

"A dream nurtured with immense pride is becoming a reality. A key moment in my career, the result of hard work, determination, and sacrifices. Malian people, I can't wait to meet you and share unforgettable moments with you, in our colors.", he stated.

Moussa Yeo is thrilled to fulfill his dream and says he can't wait to meet the Malian people 🇲🇱
