Since taking charge of Algeria, Brahim Hemdani has already highlighted a key objective: to establish a team that relies on a relatively consistent starting eleven. During his first press conference, the new coach expressed his desire to avoid frequent changes in his lineup.
“For every coach, this is the main goal: to find and aim for an organization and composition that are similar from one match to another,” he stated.
However, Hemdani is aware of the challenges inherent in international football. Injuries and suspensions may force him to revise his choices and call upon other players.
Therefore, the coach is looking to build a broader base while maintaining maximum stability.
“If it changes every four mornings, it’s much more complicated,” he emphasized.
