Crucial meeting at Al Ahly today... General Assembly and Executive Director on the council's agenda.

The board of directors of Al Ahly SC, led by Mahmoud El Khatib, is holding a meeting today, Tuesday, to discuss several important issues concerning the club, primarily the preparations for the upcoming ordinary general assembly.

The general assembly is scheduled to take place on November 12 and 13, during which the board will discuss the organizational and administrative arrangements related to this event.

General Assembly Arrangements Top the Agenda

The Al Ahly board will discuss the final preparations for the general assembly, as well as reviewing the agenda and necessary organizational procedures to ensure it meets the expectations of the club's members.

The board aims to finalize all details related to the assembly in the coming period, especially with the date of the event approaching.

Khaled Morsi Close to Taking the Executive Director Position

The Al Ahly board is also considering the issue of the club's executive director, with Khaled Morsi currently holding the position on a temporary basis.

Saad Shalaby had resigned from his role as executive director several weeks ago, leading to Khaled Morsi being assigned the responsibility temporarily.

Al Ahly Board's Confidence Determines Morsi's Future

The current situation indicates that the Al Ahly board is leaning towards permanently appointing Khaled Morsi as the executive director, after he succeeded in gaining the board's trust during the past period.

Morsi has extensive administrative experience within the club, having previously served as the director of the Al Ahly headquarters for several years, which gives him a deep understanding of the various operations and files within the Red Castle.

Al Ahly officials believe that Khaled Morsi possesses the qualifications necessary to lead the executive management in the upcoming phase, while awaiting the board's final decision on this matter.
