GNK Dinamo faces Belgian club Anderlecht at Maksimir Stadium for the second matchday of the Europa League. Both teams suffered defeats in their opening matches and can afford no more mistakes.
A new defeat would jeopardize the hopes of either team in this European campaign. In the first matchday, Anderlecht lost at home to Lyon. Thus, a challenging task awaits them on Croatian soil.
The situation is equally precarious for GNK Dinamo. The Croatian club drew (0-0) against Hapoel Beer-Sheva. They are relying on the warm atmosphere and enthusiasm of their stadium to secure their first victory on the European stage. The match between Dinamo and Anderlecht will kick off at 19:00 GMT.
