Amad Jamal, the coach of Zamalek, has decided to reinstate Hossam Ashraf to the starting lineup for the upcoming match against Ghazl El Mahalla in the fifth round of the Egyptian Premier League, which will take place this Wednesday.
Hossam Ashraf's return to the starting formation comes after he sat on the bench in the last match against the Djibouti champion in the second leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League, as the coaching staff preferred to give him some rest and not start him.
