Moroccan coach Hussein Amouta, the head of Al Ahly, has decided to continue excluding the duo Mohamed Hany and Imam Ashour from the team list for the match against Arab Contractors tomorrow in the Cairo Capital Cup.
The two players have missed the team's recent matches in the Egyptian Premier League due to a decline in performance from the coaching staff's perspective and a lack of focus.
The match between Al Ahly and Arab Contractors will take place tomorrow, Monday, at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the second round of Group C in the Cairo Capital Cup, with kickoff scheduled for 8 PM Cairo time.
Al Ahly enters the match with high morale after securing a 1-0 victory over Modern Sport in the eighth round of the Egyptian Premier League — with Omar Al Saai scoring the winning goal in the 17th minute. Additionally, Al Ahly began its journey in the Cairo Capital Cup with a significant 5-0 win over Petrojet, providing the team with a strong boost ahead of facing Arab Contractors.
