Ismail Youssef, the sporting director of Al Masry SC, held a meeting today with Khaled Jadallah, the head coach of the youth sector, attended by Ragaab Abdel Qader, the vice president of Al Masry SC, Mohamed Maawad, the assistant coach of the sector, and Mahmoud Gaber, the administrative manager of the first team.
Meeting Details
During the meeting, an agreement was reached on the main outlines for coordination between the first team and the youth sector, and how to maximize the benefits of this coordination for the club by unifying training programs and playing styles, and preparing qualified players in all technical, physical, and mental aspects to represent the first team in the near future.
