Kitarra Coach Discusses Defeat to Al Ahly

Asu Bosa stated in remarks to the press after the match that exiting the continental tournament with such a result is harsh on his team. He pointed out that the focus in the coming period will shift towards returning to Uganda and working on correcting the defensive and technical errors that appeared during the match.

The Kitarra coach added that the team will turn its attention to the Ugandan league, aiming to regain balance and get back on the right track, in addition to gaining more experience that will help them perform better in future tournaments and big matches.

Bosa spoke about the differences between the two teams, explaining that Al Ahly has players with high abilities and extensive experience, while his team lacks sufficient African experience.

Bosa noted that Kitarra's squad includes only three players who have previously participated in African competitions, considering that this gap in experience and capabilities had a noticeable impact in the match against Al Ahly, which ended with his team's exit from the tournament.
