Amad Jamal, the head coach of the first football team at Zamalek SC, is discussing with his coaching staff how to make the most of the current international break, preparing the players in the best possible way before competitions resume.
The coaching staff is keen to develop a comprehensive plan during the break, aiming to maximize benefits, especially in terms of physical fitness, and to enhance the harmony and understanding among team members.
The coaching staff is also exploring the possibility of playing one or two friendly matches during the break, depending on the approved schedule, to maintain player readiness and give some players the opportunity for more participation.
Amad Jamal aims to push the team towards the highest levels of technical and physical readiness before returning to compete in the league and the CAF Champions League, focusing on addressing some of the shortcomings observed in previous matches.
