Mohamed El-Sheikh, the former coach of Wadi Degla, has emerged as a candidate to take over the managerial role at Eastern Company ENPPI in the near future, following the decision to part ways with Mohamed Barakat and his coaching staff after the defeat to Al-Mokawloon Al-Arab in the seventh round of the Egyptian Premier League.
El-Sheikh is considered the most likely option to assume the technical responsibility for the petroleum club, amid expected moves to finalize the managerial situation after the recent events that followed the 3-0 loss to Al-Mokawloon.
The atmosphere within ENPPI has been marked by uncertainty regarding the future of the coaching staff led by Mohamed Barakat, especially after the assistant coaches bid farewell to the players following the match, which increases the likelihood of a change in leadership in the coming hours.
