Mouloudia Club d'Alger appoints a new sports director.
MC Alger has recently reorganized its internal structure. The management of the Algerian club announced the appointment of Ameur Mansoul as sporting director, a role he will also serve as the official spokesperson for the Doyen. In this same dynamic, former player Fayçal Badji takes on the position of general coordinator. These two appointments are seen as a strengthening of the sporting and administrative framework.
The board of directors opted for Mansoul after evaluating his background. The new official will not only manage the sporting sector: he will also become the club's spokesperson to the media. This choice addresses a long-standing need to centralize communication for an institution often subject to rumors and leaks.
This decision comes a few weeks after the change at the top of the hierarchy. The arrival of Mohamed Arabi Yaâgoubi as the president of the board marked the beginning of a reorganization cycle, of which these appointments are a logical continuation.
The Mouloudia management justified its choice by stating that the Algerian technician "holds a UEFA Pro diploma, the highest level of qualification awarded by the European body." He has also "completed a professional sporting director course in Italy, supplemented by several specialized internships in management and sports administration."

Fayçal Badji appointed general coordinator
The other name announced is well known to the green and red supporters. Fayçal Badji, who wore the club's colors as a player, previously held the position of general manager four years ago. He thus returns to an environment he knows well, with a deep understanding of the internal workings and administrative files.
His mission as general coordinator will be to establish the link between the different sectors of the club. An interface role that makes perfect sense in a season where the Doyen has multiplied projects, particularly in the transfer market, with close monitoring of Youcef Belaïli's return to the Greens and Reds.
Moreover, Ameur Mansoul and Fayçal Badji will not remain silent for long. The club has announced that the sporting director, spokesperson, and general coordinator will soon hold a joint press conference. The stated goal: to present their ambitions, detail their working methods, and establish benchmarks for the rest of the season.
