Raja Club Athletic has decided to terminate its relationship with first team coach, Spanish Paco Jémez, after evaluating his performance since the start of the season. The results and level of play were not satisfactory to the sports committee and management.

The club confirmed in a statement that the decision came after reviewing the recent period, where it became clear that the results did not align with the ambitions and goals set, making it necessary to change the coaching staff to rejuvenate the team and continue striving to achieve its aspirations.

The coach led the green team in seven matches, achieving two victories, four draws, and one defeat, which came against RS Berkane with a score of 2-0 last Sunday.

The statement did not mention the name of the coach, referring only to his position, nor did it provide details on how the relationship was ended or the manner in which the contract was terminated. It also did not address the situation of sporting director Rogério Matias, who faces dissatisfaction from Raja fans angry with his choices, which they blame for what they describe as a "failure" in managing the transfer dealings.
