Pyramids FC clarifies the situation regarding the contracts of Lachine, Marai, Karim Hafez, and Ziko.

A source from Pyramids FC has clarified the rumors surrounding the contracts of several players on the team. Some contracts are set to expire at the end of the current season, which would allow them to leave for free and sign with any other club in January.

The source explained that the contracts of the trio, midfielder Mohanad Lashin, defender Mahmoud Marai, and left-back Karim Hafez, actually expire in the summer of 2028, not in 2027 as some have claimed. This means the trio has an additional year beyond the current season.

Pyramids' Plan to Retain Key Players

The source indicated that the three players are expected to renew their contracts with the club in the coming days, adding three more years to their current deals, as part of the club's strategy to retain its core players and main squad.

Regarding the contract of international striker Mostafa Ziko, the source revealed that Ziko's contract with the club runs until 2029, and the player will remain with Pyramids FC as he is one of the key figures in the team.
