Sports journalist Saif Zahir reported that ZED FC has filed an official complaint with the Egyptian Football Association and the referees' committee against the referee of their match today against Ceramica, Hamada El Qalaawy.
Zahir added during television statements on ON Sport that ZED FC officials submitted the complaint due to repeated refereeing errors, noting that this is not the first time the team has suffered from such mistakes, and that the club is awaiting a response from the referees' committee on this matter.
Ceramica managed to secure an important victory over ZED FC with a score of 2-1 in the match that took place this evening, Saturday, at the Suez Canal Authority Stadium, as part of the eighth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
With this victory, Ceramica's points tally rose to 18, placing them in fourth position, while ZED FC remains at 11 points in tenth place.
