The Egyptian Football Association's referees committee, led by Essam Abdel Fattah, has announced the selection of a Slovenian officiating crew for the upcoming match between Zamalek and Al Ahly in the Premier League, scheduled for next Sunday, as follows:
Slovenian referee Jure Praprotnik will officiate the top match between Zamalek and Al Ahly in the league.

Rade Obrenović is considered one of the elite referees in UEFA and has been an international referee since 2017.
Obrenović's last international match was between Belgium and France in the UEFA Nations League, which took place on September 28, 2026.
