Sofiane Boufal Joins Al-Ittihad Tripoli

Al-Ittihad Tripoli announced today the official signing of Moroccan international Sofiane Boufal during the current transfer window, aiming to strengthen the team ahead of the upcoming football season.

Boufal arrived in the capital, Tripoli, in recent hours, where he completed the necessary procedures to join the club before being officially presented, marking a new chapter in his professional career after various experiences in European and Arab leagues.

Boufal has previously worn the jerseys of Lille, Angers, and Le Havre in Ligue 1, Southampton in the Premier League, and Celta Vigo in La Liga, in addition to Al Rayyan in Qatar. He is also one of the Moroccan national team players who participated in the 2022 World Cup, where the "Atlas Lions" finished in fourth place.
