Mustafa Ibrahim's name has been linked with a move to Al Ahly during the winter transfer window in January, as the club seeks to secure a new defender following Amr El-Gazzar's injury from a torn ACL.
In response to concerns about Mustafa Ibrahim's height, Maki stated in an interview with "Youm7": "Mustafa is an exceptional player with high potential, and his height is quite suitable, as he is taller than Mohamed Abdel-Moneim and exceeds 180 cm, giving him an advantage in dealing with high balls."
The Al Ittihad Alexandria coach added: "Mustafa is very fast and possesses excellent abilities, as his timing in dealing with crosses is outstanding, along with his remarkable jumping ability."
