“The Dakar 2027 is confirmed. The 2027 edition will take place in another country and will be organized by A.S.O”, which is already co-organizing the event with the Saudi Motorsport Company (SMC), the statement specifies. The location of Dakar 2027 will be revealed in the coming days. In July, after several years of calm, the conflict between the Houthis of Yemen and Saudi Arabia resumed, with daily attacks targeting the kingdom.
