The coaching staff of our national team, born in 2009 and led by coach Hussein Abdel-Latif, attended the match between England and Colombia as part of the first round of the International Friendship Tournament held in Switzerland.

The match was attended by Dr. Walid Darwish, a member of the Egyptian Football Association's board and supervisor of the team, along with Ayman Hafiz, the team manager, Saeed Ibrahim, the team's coach, Shadi Al-Jilani, the performance analyst, and Ahmed Darwish, the media coordinator.

It is worth noting that Egypt's national team managed to win against South Korea on penalties after a 2-2 draw in regular time, and will face England on September 27 as part of the same tournament.

The Friendship Tournament in Switzerland kicked off on September 24, featuring 8 teams from 5 continents: Brazil, England, Spain, Colombia, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Canada, and Egypt.

Egypt's U-2009 team began its group stage journey in the friendly tournament in Switzerland by facing South Korea on September 24.

They will meet the English team on September 27, and will conclude the first round with a match against Colombia on September 30 of the same month.
