Real Madrid could soon welcome a new young African talent into its academy. According to the Spanish newspaper AS, the capital club is set to finalize the arrival of Latif Issman, a 19-year-old Ghanaian midfielder currently playing for UD Logroñés.
The club's management is reportedly ready to activate his release clause, valued at 300,000 euros. Linked to his team until June 2027, the young footballer could make the leap to Madrid in the coming weeks.
If the transfer goes through, Issman will first join Real Madrid's reserve team to continue his development before hoping to break into the professional squad. This season, he has participated in ten matches with UD Logroñés and recorded one assist. However, the agreement still needs to be confirmed by both parties.
