The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the selection of Egyptian international assistant referee Yara Atef to officiate at the Women's CAF Champions League finals, which will take place in Egypt from November 1 to 15.
The committee also appointed former international referee Hayam Baraka to be among the instructors for referees at the tournament.

Issam Abdel Fattah, head of the Referees Committee at the Egyptian Football Association, received a phone call from the head of the Referees Department at the Iraqi Football Association, who praised the performance of the Egyptian refereeing crew in the top match of the Iraqi league between Police and Al-Zawraa.
The Egyptian international refereeing crew included Mahmoud Basyouni as the main referee, with Youssef Al-Basati and Mohamed Magdy as assistant referees.
