Zamalek is preparing to provide 100,000 euros to settle a payment of Ferjani Sassi's dues on October 30.
Zamalek SC is preparing to pay €100,000 to Tunisian player Ferjani Sassi, a former member of the team, on October 30, the due date for the latest installment, according to the agreement between the two parties. This is part of the club's efforts to meet its financial obligations to the player.
Zamalek plans to transfer the installment amount next week, in line with the agreed schedule for settling the remaining financial dues to the player, ensuring he receives his payments as per the agreement with the club's management.
Details of Ferjani Sassi's Dues from Zamalek
Ferjani Sassi had agreed to waive part of his overdue payments from Zamalek, which amounted to around €600,000, with an understanding to schedule the remaining amount in installments as part of resolving the financial crisis related to his dues, which were linked to the registration ban imposed on the club.
The Tunisian player relinquished €200,000 from his total dues after intervention from Tamer Hossam, a former Zamalek star, to help resolve the issue, leaving the remaining amount at €400,000, which will be paid in installments according to the agreement between the two parties.
Zamalek aims to adhere to the agreed payment schedule to avoid renewed financial disputes with its former players, given the importance of settling outstanding issues and maintaining financial and legal stability within the club.
